TABCTL32.OCX and ERROR LOADING FROM FILE

If you get an error message that states that TabCtl32.ocx is not found, this means you need to download the ThemeMaker Setup file from :-

http://freespace.virgin.net/s.cowan/vbhowto/downloads/theme_maker/theme_setup.zip

Any other errors please e-mail me at dcowan@lineone.net (answer with 24 hours)
